Using experience to make a difference.
Rory works alongside charities that use running and endurance challenges to raise vital funds, bring people together and change lives.

More than medals and personal bests.
Running builds confidence, resilience and belief. Combine those with a great cause and the impact reaches far beyond the finish line. That’s why Rory is proud to coach alongside charities whose runners are carrying something bigger than a race number.

Walking With The Wounded.
Rory coaches members of Walking With The Wounded’s Marathon des Sables teams as they prepare for one of the toughest endurance challenges in the world.
The MdS demands far more than being able to run. Competitors deal with heat, sand, fatigue, self-sufficiency, equipment, nutrition, and the mental challenge of returning to the start line day after day. Drawing on decades of desert running, Rory helps them prepare practically and mentally for what lies ahead.

For Rory, this partnership has particular meaning: a chance to use a lifetime of endurance sport to support people taking on an extraordinary challenge for an important cause.

Young Epilepsy.
Taking on a marathon can feel daunting, particularly for first-timers. The aim of this programme is to make marathon preparation understandable, achievable and enjoyable.
Rory will use The Rory Coleman Method to guide the team through the months before London, helping runners of every ability build fitness, confidence and knowledge. Having completed the race fourteen times, he knows it inside out.
The focus isn’t just running more miles. It’s learning to train consistently, stay motivated, and arrive on race day knowing you’ve prepared properly — from pacing, nutrition and hydration to footwear, race-day planning and mindset.
With two hundred people running for Young Epilepsy, this is also about building a team: sharing the experience, supporting each other, and celebrating the journey as well as the finish.
The travel industry charity team.
100km. One team. One shared purpose.

In 2024, Rory trained and supported a charity team drawn from across the travel industry as they prepared to complete the 100km Race to the Stones.
The challenge demanded far more than physical fitness. Through structured training, practical advice and continued encouragement, Rory helped the team build the endurance, confidence and resilience needed to take on the distance together.
Race to the Stones became a shared journey — bringing people together from across the travel industry, strengthening teamwork and turning every kilometre into support for a worthwhile cause.
Rory gave our team the structure, belief and encouragement needed to take on 100km. His experience brought everyone together and helped make Race to the Stones an unforgettable achievement.

Every runner has their own reason.
For charity runners, that reason is often much bigger than the event itself. The Rory Coleman Method helps people turn commitment into preparation, preparation into confidence, and confidence into achievement.
Raise your average.
Make your miles matter.
